Singular of LET’S

Hi, I was wondering if there is any singular form of “Let’s”,

Example- “Let’s see...”

Singular: “I’m going to have to see..” ???

Thank you.

ALT420 I was wondering if there is any singular form of “Let’s”, No, not in the imperative sense. However, there's Let me see , which more or less qualifies as what you are looking for. CJ

Let's see. = Let us see. The contraction ('s) is "us," which is the plural objective case of "we."

If you want the singular form, there is no contraction. So you have to use the singular objective case, which is "me."

"Let me see..."

I don't know if that is what you would want to use, though.
