Is ' single-used' correct one in the following sentence?

I always carry my mug cup to avoid using single-used cup.

You could say "single-use." (not "single-used.") But it would be more natural to say, "I always carry my mug to avoid using disposable cups."

"I always carry my cup to avoid using an already-used cup" if you want a compound word, but even "I always carry my cup to avoid using a used cup" is fine.
