Single travellers

Should "single travellers" be "single traveller", since it is "single"?

At other times, and to single travellers at any time, the ridge is closed, lest the tiger take their lives.

Hello Jobb Since 'single' here = 'solitary', 'single travellers' is fine. The ridge is closed to all travellers who arrive on their own. Did you mean 'ridge' or 'bridge'?

(It sounds an administrative nightmare in either case.)

Ridge here refers to "the ridge of a hill where a big tiger killed countless travellers".

Sorry, Jobb, of course. Why would a tiger be waiting in the middle of a bridge!
