Single-hand drive

Hi

I am having trouble wording this question...

In my neck of the woods, when people want to sell their car and they want to tell the buyer that the car has been used by one man only and/or it has not been driven by many, different hands. They say something like this.

It's a single-hand drive.

I am aware that it is not good English. The sentence may be plain wrong. Could you please give your take on this?

Best regards,

Tom
