'with except me'
is bad English
'with the single exception of myself'
means: all/everybody but (i.e. without) me
is bad English
'with the single exception of myself'
means: all/everybody but (i.e. without) me

Or just plain "except me." (It's the "with" that's the problem.) Or even "Except for me," but that's a little informal.
