No, multiple choice means that a fixed set of answers is given for you to choose from; i.e., you are given multiple choices. There is just one answer.

actually, the only thing bothers me is this word ' who' . i cant tell who is this 'who' referring to. so, basically, i won't be able to understand what this sentence means.

with your help, i can rule out all other three options too. but still, confused .

'Who' refers to people (not things), and the only people in the sentence are 'young people'. Who else do you think 'who' could refer to, Anon?
