What's wrong with "since" and "from"?

You can use what Englishmaven suggested, or you can say, "I won't be working with him from today."

However, "since" refers to a point in time in the past, so it can't work with "today."

Or,

Starting (from) today, I'm not working with him.

By the way, I'm not working with him in this context can sound like a refusal to work with him as if you are angry with him. I don't work with him sounds more like he (or you) has been reassigned different work or that he has left the company.
