since/after

My brother was admitted to the hospital 5 days ago and spent 7 hours .
1.since you have been admitted to hospital or since you have been admitted to hospital you have come today. After 5 days.
Or
After you was admitted to hospital you have come today. After 5 days.
I need to know if I use since it shows that he his still in hospital. But he spent just 7 hours. Please explain.

Actually I want show that James was admitted to hospital 5 days ago and after seven Hours he was discharged and next 4 days he spent in his house. and then came to my house .
Now is my correct if I say.
since you have been admitted to hostpital its your first visit to my house today.
Now my confusion is that James disch
