Since when has....?

Since when has taking pictures of naked girls makes someone an artist?
Since when has taking pictures of naked girls become an art?

I'd like someone to tell me if the two sentences above are grammatically correct or not.
I think the second one is grammatically correct, but I also would love if someone could help me write the first sentence in acceptable grammar Emotion: smile

Makes is a bad mistake in the first sentence. You have the perfect auxiliary has, which needs to be followed by a past participle. I would say: Since when has taking pictures of naked girls made anyone an artist?
