At 25.(Is it right?)And please teach me how to use a verb for movie and TV series. Use "play" to a music, how about movie and TV series? Please correct the sentences I write below.The new movie will be played/shown/on show/broadcast/published next week. None of these except "At what age did you get married?" is correct.

When did you start to use the bicycle? (This sounds like an exercise bike.) Ans: Last month, and I've already lost 2 kilos.
How long have you been using the bike? Ans: For a month now.
How long since [the last time that] you used the bike? It's been more than a year. Let's sell it.

When did you learn to ride a bike? - Note that the person expects to hear "When I was five" not "In 1977." You can also ask "At what age did you learn to ride a bike?" (more formal) or "How old were you when you learned to ride a bike?" (fine for any situation)

When can you start the job? When do you think you'll be able to finish the job?

You need to use "did" to ask question about the past.

I baked a cake. -- What did you bake? Not *What baked you
I got married at the age of 25. -- At what age did you get married?

Hi,
"since when" is used with another meaning, it's a kind of idiom, and it's used when you are very surprised. It's used with a lot of different tenses. I have to say I've never really understood which tenses to use with it, but I think it's usually used with the simple present:

You are going to your sister's? Since when do you care about your family?
You are going to give a present to Mary Hotson? Since when do you even know her?

Maybe GG or some other native might tell you (an me

) more.
