Since when did u?

Hi teachers:

I would like to ask the following questions.

I always heard people say like below.

  • Since when have you started to use the bicycle? or Since when you have started to use the bicycle?

  • Until when can you finish the job? or Until when you can finish the job?

  • At what age did you get married? or At what age you got married? At 25.(Is it right?)
And please teach me how to use a verb for movie and TV series. Use "play" to a music, how about movie and TV series? Please correct the sentences I write below.

  • The new movie will be played/shown/on show/broadcast/published next week. TV series?

  • Until when will this new movie be played/shown/on show/broadcast/published? TV series?
Regards
