Here's what I would say: How many hours have you been working (for)? Since when have you been working here? - for me expresses surprise in the fact that you are working here or said sarcastically to someone who DOESN'T work here, but is acting as if they did.

Since when have you been working here? - for me expresses surprise in the fact that you are working here or said sarcastically to someone who DOESN'T work here, but is acting as if they did.

I would ask :- How long have you been working here?

I agree with Optilang. Since when suggests surprise, sarcasm, even a challenging attitude.
