Can I say
Since when has she learned English?
I got confused becuase I have asked some native speakers about this sentence. Some said yes, yet others
said they would use "How long has she learned English?" and "When did she start to learn English?"
So which is correct? (or which is better?)
Please help me out and thanks in advance.
