Since or For ?

I want go to the moon.(since i was a child) I wan go to the moon since i was a child.
Tim and Jane are working in Sheffield.(since February) They have worked in Sheffield since February.
My cousin is in the army.(since he was 17) He is in the army since he was 17.
They are waiting for us. ( for a half an hour) They have waited for us for a half an hour.
