Since or for?

I like to express that I´m working since /for? a certain time already for ex. as an office clerk and currently are working in this position and will go on to work in this position......

What is correct and why (grammatical explanation):

I´m an office clerk since 10 years
I´m an office clerk for 10 years

Question: present continous with since or for is it possible, or even not use present continous?

I have been an office clerk for 10 years . (= a length of time) I have been an office clerk since 2000 . (= a stated point in time)
