Since last time's

Hi

I'm not really sure how to structure the sentence so here are my attempts:

My muscles are still sore since last time's exercise.

My muscles are still sore since last time I worked out.
My muscles are still sore since [the] last time I worked out.

My muscles are still sore since I worked out last time.
My muscles are still sore since I worked out [the] last time.

Your help will be appreciated.
