Since he insulted my family

1) I won't talk to him since he insulted my family.
2) I don't talk to him since he insulted my family.

3) I haven't talk to him since he insulted my family.

In which of the above sentence can 'since'
a. mean 'because'
and in which can it
b. have a temporal meaning.
