Since

Could you tell me which one is right among the following sentences?

1. Since when have you known him?
2. When did you know him?
3. How long have you know him?

In case of #3, are both of "I have known him since 2010" and "I have know him for 5 years" okay as an answer?

The more common expression would be: How long have you known him? Your answer should be a reflection of this (known not know) I have known him [since 2010/for 5 years]. Know is present tense and you are reporting on a past event (beginning in the past).

Sorry, it's my mistake. 'have know' is just a typo. It should have been 'How long have you known him?' in my first post. Except that, then, are all of 1~3 okay?
