Can we also use "since" in this form or do we have to compulsorily use present perfect tense here?-
1.I am a regular user of internet since 2005.
And can yet be used in this form-
2.I don't know him properly yet.

How about - I told Jane already about it. or the other way - I already told Jane about it - both are accepted? is that the same thing?
