What does the phrase simply infeasible mean in this sentence please?

It can be simply infeasible.

My opinion, yes, though I'm not sure about what native speakers would say.

'Can' is odd there; it is either feasible or infeasible—and here it is infeasible (not reasonably possible). 'Simply' means 'absolutely'.
