Simplifying my email before sending out

Please help to simplify and restructure the sentences for my email shown below.

As reported by our colleague, users made complaints about the uneven cool air distribution on the 9th floor at ABC after air duct cleaning conducted by your company. XYZ was instructed to find out the root causes. They identified the failure of existing air balancing of the both AHU systems was due to the disturbance of the preset angle of air volume dampers installed in the diffusers and repositioning the diffusers in the office. They reported using four hours in rectifying the air balancing for systems and completed last night. It is also required to review systems by today and satisfy all complainants on the floor.

Please be reminded your staffs should maintain the original design and do not shift any devices positions after completion of work, thereby without compromising the system quality and safety.
