Simplify the sentences regarding noise impact

Please help to simplify the sentences regarding noise impact below.

By conducting an appraisal of the air conditioning system after receiving the noise abatement notice issued by the government in December 2000, I identified the noise source should come from the fans of cooling towers because of only continuous operation of cooling towers installed on roof floor.

According to the Noise Ordinance shown in the Noise Abatement Notice, the corrected noise levels of the noise emanated from the air conditioning systems must be completed in January 2001.

For the 60 days of project timescale, I was aware of the substantial work including design and installation to be completed on time. Otherwise, if our company fail to comply with any requirement of this notice, our company was liable to prosecution for an offence.
