Simple vs. Compound Subjects

Could someone review the following sentences and make sure I've found all the simple (or compound) subjects?

"What time is your flight scheduled to leave from Milwaukee?" (simple subject = time)

"Leather bags, wine, and hand-blown glass were available in Paris." (compound subject = leather bags, wine, hand-blown glass)

"We enjoyed shopping as we walked hand-in-hand." (simple subject = we; would the other 'we' count as being a subject? I thought no because it would imply the same thing as the initial "We.")

"Do Grace and her family really like classic plays?" (compound subject = Grace, family)

"John, Shirley and Michele are good friends, but each lives in a different city and state." (compound subject = John, Shirley, Michele)
