Letter Writing
Simple Thank you letter
Hello I wanted to write a thank you letter to an admission officer for a college that I am attempting to transfer to. Basically, the admission staff member is allowing me to transfer to the college if i do well up to my mid term, in a particullar class. If anyone could help me polish up any grammatical errors. I would highly appriciate it. I also welcome any ideas to add to the letter.

We had a brief on-site application review on the **th at **:**; I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the opportunity to discuss my transfer to **(School name)***. I am very excited to be given a chance to attend my dream college. When my mid-term grade is available I will contact you immediately.
I assure you I will perform to the standards necessary for you to accept my application. Again, thank you for your time and generosity.
