It is not clear if the charges are as the result of something the customer requested to be done or whether the changes in the charges were requested by the customer. So are you asking for the amended charge to be absorbed by the supplier?

So are you asking for the amended charge to be absorbed by the supplier? Yes, Feebs you are correct. This is amend is requested by the customer, then I'm asking customer to absorb the charge. Then I try to use other way to say : Please sbsorb the B/L correction charge of USDxxx, because this amendment is requested by your company. Thank you / Ivy
