Could you tell me which one sounds awkward between the following sentences?
If both of them sound unnatural, please give me your recommendation to convey the same meaning.

Thank you for your help. By the way, the subject of your sentence means everybody or all people, but what I'd like to say here is just about what he have lately experience. That is, everything he has lately listened to, read or watched have been in English (because he might want to study English intensively?)
Is it okay to only exchange the 'we' for 'he' so as to convey that idea?
