Simple question on one sentence

Is this grammatically correct? Sentence:

I would appreciate it if you can pass this message along to those who were at the interview.

I am unsure about 'those'. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I'd say 'the/those people" rather than just 'those', unless you have mentioned 'people' (or 'colleagues', 'members', 'teachers', etc, in the preceding sentence.
