Simple quesiton about "neither"

Quote from another forum: "I still haven't received neithe."
Reply: That's double negative and improper use of neither.

Is the reply correct? What is wrong? What would be the correct way to write the original quote?

Correct: I still haven't received (it) either. or I still have received neither the apples nor th

Or, I sitll haven't received either one. (Neither of the two.)

I have yet to receive either one.

Neither has been received. (That's passive, but may work for you depending on what you want.)

I've gotten neither so far.
