Is the reply correct? What is wrong? What would be the correct way to write the original quote?

Correct: I still haven't received (it) either. or I still have received neither the apples nor the oranges.

Or, I sitll haven't received either one. (Neither of the two.)

I have yet to receive either one.

Neither has been received. (That's passive, but may work for you depending on what you want.)

I've gotten neither so far.

The reply is correct. The boldface shows the two negatives, i.e., the "double negative".

I still haven't received neither.

To correct it, you must remove one of the negatives so that only one negative remains.

I still have received neither.
or
I still haven't received either.

Yes, the reply is correct. A correct way to say the same thing would be "I still haven't received either" or "I haven't received either yet." You could also say, "I have received neither yet," but I doubt you'll ever hear a native speaker say, "I still have received neither."
