Simple Present + Since

Hi, Emotion: smile I wonder if I can use the simple present in the main clause, beforesince (or as of). So which of the following sentences are acceptable?

  1. Duff Beer is the best beer in the US since 1930.

  2. Duff Beer has been the best beer in the US since 1930 (This I'm sure it's right. I'd like to know about the others).

  3. Duff Beer is the best beer in the US as of 1930.

  4. Duff Beer has been the best beer in the US as of 1930.

  5. I own this restaurant chain since 2001.

  6. I have owned this restaurant chain since 2001 (This shoud be right too. I'd like to know about the others).

  7. I have been owning this restaurant chain since 2001 (but my dictionary says I can't use own in progressive tenses).
Thank you in advance.
