Simple present or simple future

After figuring out that both 'tomorrow is Friday' and 'tomorrow will be Friday' is correct I would like to know if it is the same for other sentences like;

Tomorrow I call you - tomorrow I will call you.

I drive the car - I will drive the car

ETC.

can we say that the rule is that in these cases we can use present simple and future simple?

another sub question is the difference between tomorrow IS Friday, and, tomorrow IT IS Friday.

Many thanx
