Simple past vs present prefect

I came across these sentences when I was doing self-study. Would you please let me know which one is correct and why.

1. She came here a lot last month.
2. She's been here a lot last month.

1. I saw her during the last few months.
2. I've seen her during the last few months.

I also want to know whether under which circumstances can present perfect and simple present be used interchangeablly.

Thanks
