Grammar

Simple past vs past perfect,etc.

Hi guys,I would like to aks the native speakers here, what do you think about the person with the good vocabulary, but simple grammar - instead to use the proper tenses like past perfect, etc, use only the simple forms(past/present/future). Would you consider that english poor? (I'm not able to learn all those tenses and use them correctly so Im trying to figure out how bad it is...) thank you for the feedback. signed Frustrated

We all use English at the level we have acquired, and as long as effective communication happens, there is no great failure, but an English that uses only the simple verb forms (for instance) is definitely impoverished.

Give it some time. You can't expect to learn everything all at once. Just keep reading and listening.
