Simple past tense

Hello. I have seen such sentences somewhere: "I will work here after I finished my studies" or "what will you do after you finished your studies?". Can the simple past tense be used for actions which are completed in general or will be completed in future, or is this type of usage of the simple past tense wrong and should they be "after I finish my studies / after I have finished my studies" or "after you finish your studies / after you have finished your studies"? Thank you.

What you're seeing on the web is just sloppy writing. They've left out the 've.
