simple past passive sentence

Hi.
I just have confusion about in simple past passive sentence.

For example, "When was this bridge built?"
And
"When did this bridge build?"

So at this point, is there anyway how to make passive sentence by used "did"?

And one more thing, what is different between above sentences?

Only your first sentence is correct. ' but 'did' is used in constructing the negative. It is 'get' that is used for the passive.

Only your first sentence is correct.

You could say "When did this bridge get built?' but 'did' is used in constructing the negative. It is 'get' that is used for the passive.
