Simple past or past perfect or would+verb

Hi,

Could you please tell me which tense of the verb should I use in the following? If each one is possible, which is spoken the commonest? Greatly appreciate your inputs.

In my last position, I was in charge of directing five staff.
As such, one of my tasks was reviewing the reports they prepared and submitted.

As such, one of my tasks was reviewing the reports they had prepared and had submitted.

As such, one of my tasks was reviewing the reports they would prepare and would submit.
