2) is correct. Here is my explanation without using grammar terminology.

s is added to verb when subject is "he" "she" or "it". For example

He feels better. It feels better.

But if sentence is negative, "does" added before "not" and s removed from verb. Example

He does not feel better. It does not feel better.

But if the subject is "I"

Hello!

I'd rather explain it this way: only "make" is conjugated here, and it requires a bare infinitive, hence "feel".

hi, science_guru
I have to say that I agree with pieanne&R.G here on this problem.

there is nothing wrong with your words, but i don't think they should be cited here to explain this question.

the reason for "feel" is "made" not "me".

Absolutely. There's already a verb so you must use the infinitive root of the second verb.

You made me (to) go.
You made me (to) cry.
You made me (to) feel bad.

You helped me to go there.
You helped me to feel better.

(With the verb to help, it's more usual to include "to" but you can still say "You helped me go there", whereas you would never say "You made

Hi Guru,

I am very confused of how to use the "s" and the "ed".

He, she and it eg he eats but how do you explain the difference between sport & sports.

"ed" is a past tense how do you explain "as far as I'm concern or concerned and why.

Maybe somebody else can help you. English is my 4th language so I can't but I can learn from it if the Guru of English Language can advice. I say English is a funny language with my years of reading & learning. I still have a big problem when it comes to writing. These "s" and "ed" bother me too. This is what makes English so challenging.
