Dear Clive:

Thank you very much for your explanation. Then how to tell some one to blow the fluid out from the nose?

"Try to blow your nose." Am I right.

So sorry for asking so simple question as I am not english educated but force to learn as wanted to teach my son proper english.

Dear Clive:

Sorry to bother you again. Are the below words correct or any other words that is more suitable to replace that.

1)Nose discharge

2)Eye discharge

3)Ear wax

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

1)Nose discharge I'd understand, but it sounds rather scientific. Informally, you might instead say something like 'something' is coming out of his nose.

2)Eye discharge Fine

3)Ear wax Fine, but it's just one word - earwax.

Best wishes, Clive
