Please tell me whether the following sentences are OK.
He studies today.
He studies now.
He studies right now.
He is studying today.
He is studying now.
He is studying right now.
(The last two seem to be perfectly correct.) My dilemma is how I can see clearly the difference between the simple tense form and the progressive tense form. A grammar book noted that in general, the simple present expresses events or situations that exist always, usually, and habitually.
