Simple

1. I had my dinnerr
2.I have my dinner.
3.I have had my dinner
4.I had had my dinner

Explain me the difference of each above sentences and how its meaning differs.my second sentence is wrong,but could you please tell me why it is wrong.

Can we use 'has has' to describe any past action.
