Silen H and Sentence Stress

Hi, I noticed that Americans usually drop the H in pronouns in casual speech.

1. Is he here? sounds like [ ??z_i 'h??r? ]
2. Yes, he is. [ 'y?s, hi(y)'?z ]

I wouldn't drop the H in the second sentence, though. I marked the stressed words with bold. Did I put the stress on them correctly?

Any suggestion appreciated.
