SIGNIFICANT OTHER

Dear Teachers,

1. "ass", "buttock", "butt" and "behind". Are these the same meaning? and which one is the most common?

2. She doesn't deny her son anything.

- This means " she doesn't refuse to give her son anything", right?

3. As for trusting her again, it's a tough call.

- "tough call" here means "tough request", right?

4. Her significant other is very smart and gallant.

- "significant other" here means "lover", "boyfriend" or "girlfriend", right?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

Stevenukd.
