Personal character and initiative, please provide an example of a situation where you initiated a significant change or where you took a risk and accomplished something you are proud of. What resources (professional or personal networks, academic or policy research, personal intuition) did you use in making decisions and taking action? What did you learn from the result?

In the life of each of us, there are difficult life situations, and we all react in our own way to failures and we are looking for a way out of a difficult situation in different ways.

As a young independent student, I had responsibilities to deal with everything, by coming to Japan where I was surrounded with unique culture, a new language, new people. The way a person manages time effects the efficiency of their life and study. The top priority for me was to be successful in my studies and achieve my goals. However, in my first and second years, it was hard to manage the time and progress in my studies, I had to fit a part-time job into my daily schedule. I have started working in order to be able to pay my tuition fees, as I do not have any support from my family and relatives. And which resulted in my failure in two classes and couldn't concentrate 100% in classes. It was a big lesson for the rest of my life.

At a certain point, I thought about it and decided that there must be something wrong here because I need my time for my goals in studies, and for myself.

I started analyzing and taking management classes, I changed my eating habits and sleeping routine.

After the appearance of the sense of time, the sense of its value I certainly wanted to follow my goals, values, plans and be more flexible. To achieve this, I tried different techniques, I learned from mistakes in any case, I had more time to do it effectively. It brought satisfaction and free time for new things. The more I do, the more I manage.
