Signature Track

I'd like to take a course and that's what it is mentioned on its web-site.
"Receive a full refund if you unenroll from Signature Track within 2 weeks after registration. Retake Signature Track with this course for free if you do not pass the exam".
Do I understand the second sentence correctly: if I fail it, I'll be reimbursed fully?
Thank you very much for your help!

It says that you can retake the course for free if you fail. It says nothing about reimbursement if you fail. The reimbursement applies only if you drop out within two weeks.
