Side-eye, go-to,......

Would you please answer the questions below?

Out of all the cardio machines, the elliptical probably gets the most side-eye. People tend to think it's boring and ineffective (research even says so!), and the go-to source for an easy, mindless workout, if even that.

My questions are these:

1) What does "side-eye" mean?

2) What does "go-to" mean? Is it a noun or an adjective?

3) What is the meaning of "if even that"?

Thank you
