Siblings

Someone asked me about how many siblings do I have?

I told her we have 4 siblings two brothers and two sisters and I am the older one I am elder brother

and I marry my one sister off 2 years ago or I give her marry to a doctor.


How to say this entire scenario in proper grammatical way thanks.
