Shwa in 'reflect'

Hi,

I have never thought about how I pronounce the word 'reflect' until now. I always pronounced "ri-'flekt" with the 'ri-' part being somewhat shwa-ish. How do americans pronounce it? Do you make your first "e" sound like you say "huh" which is a bit more open or do you say it with a bit less open mouth which is closer to "ee" than "huh?

MustAsk How do americans pronounce it? I think I pronounce it just as you have written it—[ ri ]—as [ i ] is the other unstressed English vowel sound in addition to [ ? ].
