showcase

Hello,
Could you help, please?
I am looking for a word which could describe a perfect employee, a worker a firm is proud of.
I think 'a showpiece' and 'a flagship' describe objects...'showcase' is used for events..
What word could I use for a person? In my mother tongue we say 'a visiting card' , e.g. 'He is our visiting card', but I don't think this word could be used in this context in English.
I would be grateful for your help.
Kind regards.

Hello,
I have also thought of such a sentence:

Great interpersonal qualities render Ms Brown a model employee of our company in contacts with / in front of learners, parents and other teachers.

I would like it to sound formal..I am not sure whether 'in front of' is formal enough..

I would really appreciate your help.
Thank you.
Kind regards.
