My accomplishments show what I can do for your company.
My accomplishments would show what I can do for you company.

I was wondering what the difference is between the sentences above?
Do you think the second sentence sounds more humble than the first one?

If I were the interviewer or the interviewee, I think the first sentence is better because the interviewee shows confidence, while the interviewee would be more interested because of the interviewee's confidence.I wonder why the second sentence would be a better choice for the other person.
