We are therefore, constrained to issue notice show cause as to "why no disciplinary action" should not be taken against you for the deliberates breaches and violations within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice.
The management reserves its rights to take appropriate action, in the event of no reply or unsatisfactory reply.
