Hi,
I need help to reply a show cause letter. I have made mistake by fighting and punched an employee. I regret and I need the job. I need to stay at the company. Please help. Below is the letter content receive from HR.
It has been alleged that on 30 September 2011, around 11:00 pm, you have confronted and punched an employee, __Name__(Emp#), at walkway in front of cafeteria.
You have breached Company Diciplinary Procedures section 5.4.1.7 i.e: Violence,abusing,assaulting or threatening.
You are required to provide a written explaination in three (3) working days from the date of this letter as to why diciplinary action should not be taken against you. The explaination should be submitted to Human Resources Department.
You are hereby suspended onhalf pay from work for period of two weeks (fourteen days) effective from 7 October 2011 to 20 October 2011.
Acoording to our records, your contact number is ***-*******. During this period of suspension, you are required to be available to present yourself at the Company when required to do so.
