Show cause letter for desserter in kenya prisons

I refer to the subject there above, I would like to explain that I did not dessert myself job willingly hence on 14 November 2017 I was not feeling well thus I attended kajiado district hospital whereby I was diagnosed with chronic illness.

I was admitted in the same facility until 28 November there after I was discharged an I was allowed 2 months bedrest

I do apologise that I illness was not well addressed to my officer in charge reason being dat I had lost my phone and I did have my contacts off head.

I have attached my treatment documents for further reference
